Why Weight Matters in Jewelry
Most jewelry brands hide weight. They don't list it, don't photograph it on a scale, don't want you thinking about it — because cheap materials are light. Weight, in industrial jewelry, is a specification. It communicates material truth.
The F Knot Pants Chain weighs 121.7 grams. That's not a mistake. The stainless steel chain links, the industrial rope knot, the clasp — every component contributes mass. When you wear it, you feel it against your thigh through the pocket. Heft, not burden. This is jewelry that reminds you it exists.
